Project Eagle provides home-based Early Head Start services to the families of 200 children and pregnant women through weekly home visits with a Home Visitor.
Home Visitors have undergraduate and graduate degrees in social work, early childhood education, psychology, and human development. They receive ongoing professional development and reflective supervision to assure they have the knowledge and skills to work effectively with diverse families. Translators are used as needed to support families in becoming more self-sufficient. A team of multi-disciplinary coordinators support and enhance their work in the community.
