Connections, a program of Project Eagle, is a free service for pregnant women or families in Wyandotte County who have a child under age five and need access to community resources. During a one-time visit in the home or in our office, the Connections Community Navigator and the family work together to decide what resources are the best fit for the family. The visit also includes completing a developmental screening to see each child's growth and development.
Based on each family's unique situation, they are connected to the most appropriate programs and services for health, child development, parenting, and self-sufficiency. For more information or to make a referral, please call 913-321-9999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
